The Organisational Climate Study is a strategic diagnostic that reveals how employees truly feel and think about the organisation — their perceptions, beliefs and attitudes.
It is built on a structured model of four pillars — Company, Leadership, Work and Relationships — each assessed across four specific dimensions (16 in total) and includes multiple Commitment Net Scores that highlight where engagement is strong and where it may be at risk.
In essence, it provides a clear, datadriven understanding of how people experience their work environment. This clarity empowers leaders to act in an informed way, strengthen alignment, increase engagement and drive measurable improvements in organisational performance.

While the Organisational Climate Study focuses on how people perceive the organisation, the Satisfaction & Well-Being Study examines how they experience their work on a personal level recognising that satisfaction and well-being are broad and interconnected concepts.
Using a structured, evidencebased model it explores the personal and contextual factors that shape how people experience their daytoday work, including workload, support, relationships, psychological safety and work-life balance, offering a nuanced view of wellbeing across the organisation.
It is organised into four main clusters and cross analyses results with selected sociodemographic indicators and NetScores, providing precise and nuanced information to highlight strengths, identify vulnerabilities and prioritise the most impactful areas for improvement.
